Here’s a tough one for you all. Try out this 300 challenge as demonstrated by the guys at Crossfit Central.
- 25 pull ups
- 50 deadlifts, 135lbs
- 50 push ups
- 50 box jumps, 24″ box
- 50 floor wipers
- 50 clean and press, 1 kettlebell
- 25 pull ups
Give it a try. Doesn’t look easy eh.
