300 Challenge

Here’s a tough one for you all.  Try out this 300 challenge as demonstrated by the guys at Crossfit Central.

  • 25 pull ups
  • 50 deadlifts, 135lbs
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 box jumps, 24″ box
  • 50 floor wipers
  • 50 clean and press, 1 kettlebell
  • 25 pull ups

Give it a try.  Doesn’t look easy eh.
