Crossfit Challenge

Sol Gilbert of ZT Fightskool in Hove trying out this crossfit challenge.  So, here’s a reminder of what’s involved:

  • 400 metre row
  • 20 wall balls
  • 10 pulls ups

x5 sets against the clock

And remember, as Sol says, “it’s not about technique, it’s about getting it done”.
